Next to software development, Eveoh also offers service, application management and hosting of our products.

Eveoh offers an extensive service agreement for the maintenance of our products. We offer three service packages and three forms of billing, so there is always a perfect fit for your situation.

Many of our open source products are developed and maintained for multiple customers, resulting in new features and resolved issues. Our service agreements offer a possibility to profit from these changes and improvements in the application.

We also offer maintenance to support future versions of back-end products, like Syllabus Plus or Blackboard, and future browser versions. This way, the application is future proof and no problems arise with upgrades.

Eveoh provides application management, for example system administration, deployment of new versions of an application, and configuration of the application for your specific situation. This way, your IT department does not have the burden of managing the application and maintaining knowledge about the applications.

We have experience with numerous platforms and can host your application in both a Microsoft environment (Windows, IIS, SQL Server) and a Linux based environment (Redhat/Debian, Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL). Together with our customer, we make clear agreements on responsibilities and how to react when an incident occurs.

Our products can also be hosted by us. In this so-called software as a service (SaaS) model, we, together with our network and datacenter partners, takes full responsibility for the availability of the application and the deployment of updates. Together with the customer, a Service Level Agreement with agreements on availability and expected number of users is drafted. Based on this agreement, high availability measures are taken, or load balancing is applied to guarantee a working application with a high number of concurrent users.
